You can expect a forward-looking environment with digital work processes, a lot of decision-making leeway, and the opportunity to actively contribute your ideas and help shape the company's further development. • Independent management and supervision of electrical projects • Project responsibility from planning to final billing • Responsibility for costs, deadlines, quality, and successful project execution • Technical responsibility under compliance with applicable regulations and standards • Leadership, support, and coordination of electricians • Leadership, support, and coordination of service technicians and apprentices • Point of contact for builders, administrations, architects, and planners • Collaboration with suppliers and network operators • Creation of offers, calculations, amendments, and invoices • Organization and implementation of construction site and project meetings • Consulting customers on technical and economic solutions • Active participation in the design and further development of internal processes • Bringing in your technical expertise in demanding new and renovation projects • Working in an environment that promotes trust, initiative, and further development • Completed training as an electrician EFZ or assembly electrician EFZ • Federal certification as an electrical project manager for installation and safety is an advantage • Alternatively, ongoing training as an electrical project manager for installation and safety • Alternatively, clear motivation and willingness to complete this further training soon • Several years of professional experience in the electrical installation sector • Good knowledge of Swiss standards and regulations such as NIN, NIV, and SIA • Independent, solution-oriented, and structured way of working • Entrepreneurial thinking and sense of responsibility • Enjoyment of interacting with customers, employees, and project partners • Driver's license category B • Communication-strong personality with organizational talent • Motivation to take on responsibility and grow together with the company • Interest in modern working methods and digital processes
