As of October 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a team member with completed cook apprenticeship, motivation, commitment, and the necessary portion of passion. At the gate of the Lorraine quarter stands our beloved Du Nord – an interface in many respects. To us, the local parlor feeling is just as important as the variety of sustainable and homemade dishes. "Seasonal, regional, fair and welcoming everyone" are the guiding principles of the very lively, busy establishment. If you appreciate the challenges of gastronomy, you will love the Du Nord.
