Pharmaceutical Production Assistant M/F

Preparation of treatments • Ensure the automated preparation of medicinal treatments, in accordance with prescriptions. • Prepare the medicines necessary for production: unpackaging, preparation of trays, and supplying the automated system according to the current procedures and checklists. • Set up production series, feed the cassettes and the preparation robot with the appropriate medicines. • Ensure the replenishment of the automated system • Carry out the production of sachet doses in compliance with Good Preparation Practices (BPP) • Participate in the preparation of orders and deliveries destined for establishments. • Contribute to the training and support of new employees or external stakeholders on the various stages of treatment preparation. Product Management • Regularly monitor stocks and participate in inventories. • Ensure proper stock rotation according to the FIFO principle and the flow of products within the specified timeframes. • Monitor expiration dates and manage deadlines to prevent any risk of expiration. • Report any anomaly relating to stocks, products, or validity dates and implement appropriate actions in accordance with procedures. Quality • Ensure compliance with Good Preparation Practices (BPP), quality procedures, hygiene rules, safety, and patient data confidentiality. • Ensure the proper functioning of the preparation robot by monitoring its use, performing batch and reference changes, replacing consumables, and performing first-level interventions. • Perform cleaning and routine maintenance of equipment in accordance with procedures and report any technical malfunction to the manager. • Manage the consumables necessary for the operation of the robot and the department Personal skills • Rigor and precision. • Sense of organization. • Ability to concentrate. • Reliability and sense of responsibility. • Team spirit. <br /> Experience • Experience in an environment subject to quality procedures is an advantage. <br />
