Specialist in Agogics / Social Pedagogy with experience in the autism spectrum and challenging behavior Part-time on an hourly basis | Relief assignments | Workload flexible Northwest Switzerland and Zürich area We are a small specialized organization in the social sector and support institutions, residential groups, psychiatric clinics, as well as families in demanding care situations. Our focus is on accompanying people with challenging behavior, mostly from the autism spectrum.   Specialist in Agogics / Social Pedagogy To strengthen our team, we are looking for committed, resilient, and reflective specialists for flexible relief assignments on an hourly basis. Your tasks • Accompanying people with complex support needs • Assignments in different settings such as residential groups, psychiatric clinics, family systems, etc. • Professional handling of crisis and escalation situations • Support and relief for teams, institutions, and relatives • Co-designing stable and resource-oriented care structures • Independent and responsible work in everyday life Your profile • Training in the social pedagogical, agogic, psychiatric, or nursing field • Sound experience in working with people in the autism spectrum as well as in their individual and systematic accompaniment • Confidence in handling challenging behavior • High social competence as well as a calm and professional attitude • Neat and professional appearance • Flexibility and readiness for irregular assignments • Independent and responsible way of working • Driver's license category B is an advantage We offer • Flexible assignments on an hourly wage with a relief contract • Attractive and fair remuneration • Annual professional continuing education opportunities • A meaningful activity with high personal responsibility • Collaboration in a small, appreciative organization • Varied assignments in different settings • Professional exchange and support Interested?
