Then join us to shape the shopping experience of tomorrow! ## To strengthen our team in the Supermarket area, we are looking for, from 01.08.2026, for an indefinite period, at the Monthey site, a* motivated* and* committed* person as Sector Manager, 100%. ## Your responsibilities • You are responsible for the organization of the entire Food supermarket, you set seasonal priorities and you create versatile zones. • You successfully implement the offers, promotions and actions of the Manor Food concept. • You are responsible for the planning and implementation of budgetary objectives. • You create an attractive and innovative market atmosphere in accordance with the concept and you ensure that our product concepts are correctly implemented. • You are responsible for quality assurance and compliance with defined hygiene rules. • You guarantee the quantitative and qualitative structures of the personnel in accordance with the strategic orientation. • You identify, evaluate and exploit the potential of the local offering. • You analyze the relevant key figures and successfully derive improvement measures from them. • You are present on the sales floor, you lead and support the employees in their daily work. • You ensure active communication and collaboration with the headquarters and suppliers. • You autonomously conduct hiring, dismissal and evaluation interviews. • You identify and support young talents and you ensure the individual training and development of the employees. Your profile • Ideally, you have completed basic training in retail in the food and beverage sector. • You have completed continuing education as a retail specialist. • You have several years of management experience in an equivalent activity. • You like strategic tasks and evaluations (ad hoc analyses, KPI, etc.). • You are able to lead your team to obtain the desired results, to inspire them through your coaching qualities and to motivate them sustainably. • You distinguish yourself by your marked entrepreneurial and synthesis spirit. • You have a sense of improvisation and organization and you are willing to roll up your sleeves. • You have a personality oriented towards solutions, customers and service and you place the customer at the forefront. • You have an elegant and neat appearance. • You speak French fluently and preferably know other national languages.
