Technical Coordinator (M/F/N)

Its activities are mainly related to plant protection and to a lesser extent to the Professional Products sector. Job description: We are recruiting a Technical Coordinator (M/F/N) to plan, coordinate, and optimize all maintenance activities on one or more production sectors of our Monthey site. As a true conductor of maintenance in your sector, you ensure the operational link between production, maintenance, and project teams. You plan and prioritize daily interventions, coordinate annual shutdowns, and ensure the availability of equipment in accordance with safety, quality, and cost objectives. Responsibilities: • Plan and prioritize maintenance activities on a weekly basis (preventive, curative, regulatory) in agreement with production. • Lead the daily prod-maintenance tier meeting: definition of priorities, resources, schedules, and progress monitoring. • Coordinate interventions on the site: preparation of work permits, material orders, and external services. • Ensure the administrative closure of activities in SAP-PM, in accordance with work management processes. • Plan and coordinate annual maintenance shutdowns in collaboration with production, engineering, and external service providers. • Be a driving force for optimizing safety, reactivity, downtime, and maintenance costs. • Actively contribute to the maintenance team's objectives: cost reduction, shutdown optimization, continuous improvement. Qualifications: Experience: • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and/or production in a process industry (chemistry, petrochemistry, or similar). • Proven experience in site planning and coordination of maintenance shutdowns. • Practical knowledge of SAP-PM. • Mastery of a planning tool: MS Project or equivalent. • Natural leadership and ease in transversal coordination without direct hierarchical link. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Education and skills: • Minimum CFC (automatist, polymechanic, chemical production technologist) or equivalent education. • Solid technical knowledge in mechanics and/or electricity — both profiles are welcome, an electrical background is an asset for the team. • Good knowledge of chemical processes; an opening to fine chemistry is expected. • Excellent relational skills and a pronounced taste for work in a multidisciplinary team.
