Project Manager Product Management Your challenge: • Development, introduction and further development of innovative energy products and energy services • Responsibility for the entire product life cycle – from idea to market launch • Development of price, product and marketing strategies • Design of future-oriented solutions in the areas of electricity, gas, heat, photovoltaics, storage, e-mobility and flexibility • Conducting market, competition and customer analyses as well as identifying new market potentials • Observation of regulatory developments and support of electricity and gas tariffing for IBB and third-party customers • Support in managing the energy portfolio as well as analyzing procurement and sales quantities • Collaboration in energy price formation and accompanying tenders • Creation of business cases and economic analyses as decision-making bases • Participation in the further development of the company and sales strategy What you bring: • Commercial or technical vocational training with at least 5 years of experience in product management and in-depth business administration further training (e.g. NDS in business administration), ideally experience in the energy industry and further training (e.g. CAS energy economics) • Very good knowledge in the application of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) as well as ERP and CRM systems with a focus on evaluations, high affinity for digitalization of processes • Open, communicative and independent personality with a solution-oriented, innovative and implementation-strong approach • Analytical, conceptual and cross-departmental thinking as well as pronounced organizational skills • Enjoy driving topics forward independently • Stylistically correct German language skills in word and writing What we offer: • Flat hierarchy and short decision-making paths • A appreciative you-culture • Generous support for education and training • Contribution to health insurance premiums • Attractive social benefits, which are largely financed by the employer • Half-tax subscription gifted • Lunch and REKA checks
