On behalf of one of our partners, we are looking for a Mechanic Trainer (M/F). Your future responsibilities: • You will ensure the training of apprentices and employees on turning technologies. • You will lead inter-company courses and support apprentices in their progress. • You will participate in the design and improvement of training materials and programs. • You will regularly evaluate the knowledge and skills acquired and ensure their follow-up. • You will contribute to the development of good pedagogical practices and the evolution of technical content. • You will keep your knowledge up to date in order to guarantee training in line with the technologies and requirements of the profession. Your profile: • You hold a CFC in mechanics (4 years) or training deemed equivalent. • You have solid experience in the setup, adjustment and tool changes on turning machines of the Tornos and Citizen type. • Ideally, you benefit from experience in training or supporting apprentices. • You are comfortable with programming - knowledge in thread cutting and gear rolling is an asset. • You possess good interpersonal skills and know how to adapt your communication to different audiences. • You are recognized for your pedagogy, your enthusiasm for transmitting your knowledge and your ability to establish a climate of trust. • You demonstrate openness, listening skills and a real desire to develop the skills of others.
