The *Hotel Sommerau is the largest hotel in Chur with 74 rooms and over 140 restaurant seats. The clientele consists of international business and private guests as well as group travelers. The menu features regional specialties, Mediterranean classics and fresh, seasonal dishes. The *Hotel Sommerau employs around 35-40 employees.
