Your tasks Your focus is on the planning and implementation of international industrial trade fairs worldwide. Additionally, you organize Customer Days, Open Days, as well as other customer and corporate events You are responsible for international trade fair appearances holistically - from trade fair registration through the planning and implementation of stand construction, the coordination of trade fair construction partners, as well as exhibit and logistics management, to hospitality as well as budget and schedule management Together with the marketing team, you develop trade fair and event concepts and ensure a consistent brand appearance according to Corporate Identity – worldwide at trade fairs as well as at the headquarters in Rüti, where you also take over responsibility for the showroom and visitor areas In close coordination with Export, Field Service, and the technical departments, you organize the worldwide shipment of machines, exhibits, and trade fair materials and ensure that all components are available at the trade fair stand on time and ready for use You coordinate internal departments, the companies of the Brückner Group, and external partners and service providers and ensure smooth processes You keep budgets, deadlines, and registration periods in view at all times; manage advertising media and presentation materials and support the marketing team with further projects Additionally, you independently organize recruitment fairs as well as internal employee events and contribute with commitment to further marketing projects and campaigns Your profile You bring experience in the organization and implementation of international specialist trade fairs or events - ideally, you have independently planned and implemented trade fair appearances in the industry, mechanical engineering, or B2B environment You combine your experience with initial or further training in marketing, communication, event management, or a comparable field of study Strong organizational skills, a structured way of working, and the ability to maintain an overview even in demanding situations distinguish you With a hands-on mentality and high willingness to take responsibility, you actively participate in both planning and directly on-site at events A confident and professional appearance towards different stakeholders as well as intercultural competence enable you to work successfully in an international environment You convince through stylish communication in German and English You regularly accompany international trade fairs and events on-site – the required willingness to travel as well as the flexibility for trade fair assignments outside of usual office hours are a matter of course for you Our offer to you Responsible and versatile tasks in a small, dynamic team as well as in close cooperation with colleagues from the international Brückner Group High degree of autonomy and creative freedom in an international environment Flexible working hours with the possibility of occasionally working from home office State-of-the-art workplace with sun terrace and nearby sports facilities Your contact person Katrin Azghandi looks forward to your application!
