• 03 June 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Chemin de la Branche 32, 1073 Mollie-Margot • Log in to see the jobup.ch salary estimate An establishment employing approximately 450 female and male employees to ensure the specialized schooling of 27 children and adolescents as well as the socio-educational and socio-professional support of 127 adults with an intellectual disability is looking for an educator function, Educators / ASE / ASSC, 70% to 100% Your mission : In the context of a brand new specialized reception project for young adults with ASD in complex situations, your mission will be to provide support within a multidisciplinary team in transition microstructures. In the context of your duties, you will be required to participate in the reception of beneficiaries, conduct observations and skill assessments via recognized tools, develop learning processes, lead and create life projects according to the needs of the residents while working in close collaboration with various networks. We wish for : • CFC, ES or HES level training in the socio-educational field or deemed equivalent, or ASSC with confirmed experience in supporting persons with an intellectual disability or mental disorders • Experience and/or interest in committing to the development and implementation of personalized projects, focused on significant multidisciplinary collaboration, both internally within the institution and with network partners, notably the teams of the Section de Psychiatrie du Développement Mental (SPDM - CHUV) • Skills in ASD (autism spectrum disorder) support and a willingness to learn and develop skills in this field • Availability, adaptability, patience, empathy and a high sense of responsibility • Reassuring and calm attitude, punctuality • Resistance to stress related to crisis management • Good knowledge of common IT tools • Good command of written and spoken French • A certain schedule flexibility • Driver's license • Clean criminal record We offer : • The possibility to take part in an innovative project, to develop a reception corresponding to specific needs • The conditions of the collective labor agreement in the Vaudois parapublic social sector • The social benefits of a large establishment: free parking, cafeteria and organic shop.
