Project Manager: Stab 80 - 100 % Luzern What you achieve • As a sparring partner, you support the department management of Corporate Accounting & Controlling in operational and strategic management processes and provide well-founded decision-making bases. • You coordinate the strategic and operational planning of the department with a long-term perspective and ensure meaningful controlling. • You lead cross-sectional, departmental, and departmental projects and actively contribute to strategic initiatives and change projects. • You analyze complex issues in a structured way, identify needs for action, and develop viable solution approaches for management. • You moderate management workshops and information events and support the further development of processes, management instruments, and organizational structures.   What you bring • You have a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Controlling, or a comparable field of study. • Experience in a staff, controlling, project management, or consulting function rounds out your profile perfectly. • Your way of working is analytical, conceptually strong, and characterized by a good sense of connections, priorities, and impact. • You move safely on different hierarchical levels, communicate in a target-group-specific manner, and act as a valued sparring partner. • Taking responsibility, driving projects forward independently, and achieving sustainable results together with various stakeholders corresponds to your understanding of work.
