Le Crans Ambassador, 5* hotel in Crans-Montana (Swiss Alps) is looking to complete its team for the next season: receptionists As a receptionist, your main missions will be to welcome and take care of the client from their arrival until their departure and throughout their stay. You participate in concierge activities and collaborate with the valets-porters. You manage telephone calls, make reservations during the closure of the reservation service and manage billing and collections. PROFILE SOUGHT With an excellent presentation, you are characterized by your dynamism, your interpersonal skills as well as by your rigor and your organization. A graduate in hospitality, you have similar experience in a 5* or Palace hotel, you write and speak French and English fluently (mastery of a 3rd language is appreciated), you are proficient in the office pack and Protel software.
