For our Mono operation (SCL), we are looking for a Senior Operations Assistant, 100% (unlimited) in Pratteln/CH immediately Your tasks Ensuring quality-compliant, timely and cost-effective production while complying with safety, environmental and economic aspects of the assigned production lines Overall responsibility for conducting risk analyses Conducting deviation analyses of the rule/process parameters for proactive optimization of production parameters Participating in ongoing progress monitoring and result evaluation in projects within the assigned area of responsibility Ensuring uniform systems (operational documentation) and collecting process data Evaluating production data based on the principles of Lean Six Sigma Technical leadership of production personnel as well as training of production personnel in various safety, production and quality aspects Personnel, organizational and technical leadership of employees in production operations in the absence of the operations manager Your profile Completed degree in Chemistry or Process Engineering FH/TU/Uni Several years of production experience, ideally in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry Outstanding analytical skills; willingness and ability to critically question situations and phenomena in a constructive manner Openness to constant change in a dynamic environment Familiarity with the basic rules and laws on occupational hygiene, product and plant safety Excellent IT, German and English skills Your opportunities / Your application We offer you a varied and interesting activity with attractive employment conditions.
