Department Head / Department Head Finance and Member of the Executive Board 100 % Start date immediately or by arrangement Exciting tasks for you Together with the employees from the areas of the Debt Collection Office / Accounting and Finance / Tax Collection and Debt Collection, you are responsible for the Finance Department. You organize the entire accounting of the residents' municipality and the citizens' municipality (incl. controlling and reporting). You prepare the budget, the task and financial plan, as well as the annual financial statements and take care of cash management. You ensure the entire payroll process. You advise the municipal council and the finance commission on financial matters. In cooperation with a broker, you manage the insurance portfolio. As a member of the Executive Board, you contribute significantly to steering and shaping the operational affairs of the municipality of Wettingen. This is how you move us forward You have a higher education in the finance sector (CAS Öffentliches Gemeinwesen Finanzfachleute, Fachperson Finanz- und Rechnungswesen mit eidg. Fachausweis or similar). You can draw on at least 5 years of professional experience in public finance. You have sound knowledge of administrative, municipal and financial budget law. You are an assertive and decisive leader with the will to bear responsibility. You have a sense of tact for political processes and procedures. You are an open, winning person and have very good communication skills. You have an independent and exact way of working and have good analytical skills.
