Polymechanic Milling (f/m/d)

Are you a professional in mechanics in the field of milling? We are looking for you as a Polymechanic Milling (f/m/d) • Independent setup, programming and operating of modern 3 to 5-axis CNC milling centers. • Manufacturing of demanding individual parts, prototypes or small series according to drawings and CAD/CAM data. • Determining machining strategies, selection of suitable tools and clamping devices. • First-piece inspection and continuous in-process measurements including documentation. Qualifications #### #### #### #### Technical Competencies #### • CNC Milling & Control: Routine in the operation, setup and programming of modern 3 to 5-axis CNC milling centers (e.g. with Heidenhain, Fanuc, Siemens or Mazak). • CAM Knowledge: Experience in handling CAD/CAM systems (e.g. Mastercam, Esprit, SolidCAM) is an advantage. • Drawing Proficiency: Confident reading and seamless implementation of complete technical drawings, form and position tolerances as well as manufacturing plans. • Quality Assurance: Independent quality control of complex milled parts using common measuring instruments (e.g. micrometer, 3D measuring machine, roughness measuring devices). • Material & Tool Knowledge: Sound knowledge of cutting data, milling tools, clamping techniques (e.g. zero-point clamping systems) and various materials (aluminium, steel, stainless steel, titanium). Personal & Social Competencies #### • Highest Precision: Strong quality awareness and enjoyment in adhering to tightest tolerances and high surface finishes. • Spatial Imagination: Very good technical understanding of complex, multi-axis motion sequences. • Independence: Structured, exact and independent way of working from work preparation to the finished component. • Shift Readiness: Readiness to work in the 2-shift model, is an advantage.
