To support our Services Networks team dedicated to third-party customers (industrial companies and private networks, services to other GRD, as well as other business units of the Romande Energie group), active throughout French-speaking Switzerland and attached to the Echallens site, we are looking for our new MT-BT Assembly Coordinator (f/h) 80-100% - For private clients Profile With a CFC in network electrical engineering, you have several years of experience in carrying out construction sites as a team leader. Federal certificate, an asset. Ease of use of office tools. Very good knowledge of the electrical network sector and analytical skills. Autonomy, rigor, precision, customer and solution-oriented. Entrepreneurial spirit, proactivity, and team spirit. Tact and relational skills for managing your assembly team. Responsibilities You have the mission of planning the execution of the mandates entrusted to you by the project managers of your entity in order to optimize your resources. You check the technical feasibility of the project (duration, personnel resources) and the choice of adapted logistical means. You establish the execution files in collaboration with the project managers and follow up on the construction sites by coordinating the assembly team for which you are responsible, internal and external stakeholders, while ensuring perfect communication with customers. You carry out the commissioning and final checks of the construction site with the site works manager; as well as the elaboration of the operating files. You ensure compliance with laws, ordinances, directives, and standards with regard to ESTI in collaboration with specialist professionals; and are responsible for applying the safety rules in force during implementation.
