We are a successful personnel consulting firm for temporary and permanent positions in all of Eastern Switzerland, specializing in the placement of personnel from industry, technology, construction, and office. We are looking for our client, immediately or by agreement, a Plant Operator 4 Shift (m/w/d) 100% Your tasks include: • Ensuring a smooth production process on modern injection molding machines • Independently identifying and troubleshooting malfunctions on machines, peripheral devices, and tools • Carrying out maintenance work according to internal guidelines • Ongoing quality checks according to test and documentation guidelines • Compliance with all process, safety, and documentation regulations • Proper cleaning and maintenance of plants as well as the entire production environment • Active participation in optimizing processes To perform these demanding tasks optimally, you should bring the following requirements: • Good German language skills in word and writing • Willingness to work in a 4-shift model • Technical understanding or basic knowledge in the technical field • Ideally, experience in plastics processing or in a clean room • Independent, responsible way of working • High quality awareness and entrepreneurial thinking • Own vehicle and valid driver's license What to expect • Modern and innovative production facilities • Varied and responsible activities • Comprehensive training and development opportunities • Collegial team and pleasant working environment • Long-term professional perspective with planned permanent employment Have we sparked your interest?
