Your main responsibilities • Ensure support and the resolution of incidents related to the LIS and interfaces. • Administer master data (analyses, reference values, methods, rates). • Configure user roles and workflow rules. • Manage the configuration and monitoring of interfaces between the LIS and laboratory systems/instruments. • Participate in data migrations, validation tests, and application upgrades. • Maintain operating procedures in degraded mode (downtime). • Document processes and enrich the knowledge base. • Collaborate with laboratories, IT teams, and suppliers to ensure the continuous improvement of the solution. Your profile • Experience in the administration or support of a LIS/LIMS or training as a laboratory technician • Good understanding of laboratory processes and data flows. • Ability for analysis, diagnosis, and incident resolution. • You have an analytical, solution-oriented mindset • You support users with kindness, demonstrate great empathy, and adopt a pedagogical approach adapted to their needs. • Taste for documentation, quality, and continuous improvement. Assets • Knowledge of LX from Labsolution and HL7 interface standards • Experience with LIS migration, validation, or deployment projects. • Knowledge of laboratory instruments and applications.
