To strengthen our Buildings and Environment team, we are looking for a Specialist: Projects from October 2026 or by arrangement. You lead facility management projects, are responsible for operational operating topics, and drive the further development of processes and digital systems. You are responsible for contract and supplier management and maintain sustainable partnerships with external service providers. Together with one employee, you are responsible for technical management (including topics such as locking and parking management). You advise and support the caretaker team leaders on repair and renovation projects. You represent the Buildings and Environment area in interdisciplinary projects and actively contribute your technical expertise. Your profile You have a tertiary education at FH/HF level with a focus on Facility Management or a comparable further education. You bring sound professional experience in facility management with a focus on the operating phase of buildings as well as a good understanding of technical and structural contexts. You have proven project management competence and experience in the planning, control, and implementation of demanding projects. You are IT-savvy and proficient in dealing with digital systems, CAFM solutions, and data management. You bring knowledge in organizational development as well as in the design and optimization of processes in building management. You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and set priorities even in a dynamic environment. You think in networks and concepts and enjoy further developing processes, methods, and structures. You convince through your communication and negotiation skills and move confidently in exchange with different stakeholders. You analyze complex issues quickly, develop pragmatic solutions, and actively drive changes forward. You enjoy coordinating and accompanying specialists and achieving successful results together.
