Clerk Correctional Institution (a) # 100% | Egolzwil | as of 01.09.2026 or by arrangement ## In this newly created position, you will process disciplinary cases of admitted persons and support the Kanzlei department, which is part of the Zentralen Dienste. In doing so, you will actively help shape processes and encounter admitted persons calmly and professionally, even in demanding situations. Your tasks • As a main task, you coordinate and process disciplinary cases in technical cooperation with the Vollzug area; to this end, you clarify facts, conduct hearings, grant the right to be heard, and prepare orders, reports, measures, and decisions. • You communicate decisions and further information to the admitted persons together with the Vollzug area and ensure respectful, clear, and professional communication. • In daily business, you support the Kanzlei department, process correspondence as well as telephone and email inquiries, and reliably keep an eye on appointments and deadlines. • You also participate in occupancy planning and admission tests, as well as in protocols, statistics, evaluations, and reporting. • In the absence of the department head, you take over the deputy role and actively contribute your ideas. Your profile • You have a basic commercial training or a comparable qualification, bring administrative professional experience, and have completed a relevant additional training. • Experience in the public environment is an advantage, whereby interest in legal and procedural questions also forms a good basis for this function. • Even in demanding situations, you remain calm, steady, and respectful and appear confidently towards different stakeholder groups. • An independent, structured, and responsible way of working characterizes you. • You have very good German language skills, are proficient in using Microsoft 365, and are ready to complete the training to become a specialist in correctional services at the Schweizerischen Kompetenzzentrum für den Justizvollzug (SKJV).
