Lateral Entry Locomotive Driver in & Rangierleiter in Cat. A40

This is what you can achieve. • As a locomotive driver in category A40, you take responsibility for the safe, punctual and customer-oriented driving and shunting of SBB rail vehicles. • On a weekly rotation, you are responsible as a shunting manager or shunting accompanist for the punctual delivery of railcars and the formatting and dismantling of incoming and outgoing trains.  • In this position, you carry out technical inspections on SBB rail vehicles and monitor the condition of other railcars, so that they are available at all times. • Due to your safety awareness, it is self-evident for you to work according to the applicable regulations. This is what you bring. • Reliability characterizes you and is reflected in punctuality, quality and safety awareness. • For this demanding work, you are physically and mentally resilient and enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions. • You have completed basic training with EFZ, ideally in the field of transport logistics, or have already gained experience as a shunting manager or locomotive driver in the past. • You possess a valid BAV ID for locomotive drivers in category A40, or Ai40, according to VTE, or are willing to acquire it. • Good German language skills (at least level B2) in word and writing complete your profile.
