Pflegefachperson of the tertiary level and have at least 1 year of professional experience in the psychiatric field, preferably in acute psychiatry • You have good observation and perception skills, are conscientious and like to take responsibility • You know how to empathize with patients and bring high social competence • You are a personality with a high understanding of service • You are ready to let your expertise flow into different institutions Tasks ## • You ensure professional care and support • Basic and treatment care according to internal guidelines and standards • You support the responsible nurses and doctors • Depending on the schedule, you perform day and night shifts / planning takes place simultaneously with the internal planning in the clinic • There is a minimum workload (60-80%) - workload agreements can be transferred to an annual working time after a 3-month probationary period Based on your qualifications and the professional experience acquired, we can offer you various assignment variants.
