Maintain a relationship of trust with clients and ensure their satisfaction. Supervise and coordinate technical and maintenance teams, ensuring reliable execution of interventions. Leverage your solid technical skills (electricity, HVAC, building, small maintenance) to analyze needs, advise, and guide decisions. Manage small to medium-scale works, from planning to reception, guaranteeing safety and quality standards. Monitor budgets, analyze results, and propose technical and operational optimizations. Participate in continuous improvement and sustainability projects. Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and technical requirements. What characterizes you. Higher technical education (CFC, federal diploma, ES, engineering or FM training with confirmed technical skills). 5 to 10 years of experience in managing FM mandates or contracts, with a strong technical component and team management. Excellent organizational skills and sense of priorities. Interpersonal ease and ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office, CMMS, FM platforms).
