Service Process & Efficiency Manager (m/f) 80-100% Region ZH and City page is loaded Service Process & Efficiency Manager (m/f) 80-100% Region ZH and City ## Apply locations Frauenfeld time type Full-time posted on Offer published 13 days ago job requisition id JR07088 ## Tasks: ## • Consulting and training of doctors and medical practice staff in doctor's offices • Independent analysis and optimization of procurement management and medication storage in practice pharmacies • Conducting and continuously developing seminars on the topics of quality assurance in the doctor's office and efficient medication processes • Planning, coordination, and implementation of practice pharmacies • Implementation and training of digital tools in the doctor's office • Independent execution of inventories as well as analysis and evaluation of the results • Close collaboration and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, especially with doctor's offices • Participation in market analyses to identify customer needs and market potentials Strengths: • Completed training as a medical practice assistant (MPA) or medical practice coordinator (MPK) with several years of professional experience, ideally supplemented by commercial knowledge • Pronounced communication, consulting, and training skills as well as a high customer and service orientation • Professional, confident, and well-groomed appearance as well as an empathetic and winning personality • Independent, structured, and reliable working method with pronounced organizational skills and project understanding • High stress tolerance, flexibility, and willingness to travel as well as enjoyment of a varied activity in the field • Structured working method and ability to successfully involve different stakeholders • Very good German language skills in word and writing • Good user knowledge in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage • Driver's license category B ## Apply now ## For questions, we are available under the phone number 052 724 17 89.
