We are looking for as of 01.09.2026 Social Worker HF/FH with Case Management ## Area of responsibility ### • Family support and key person work: support, assistance, and promotion adapted to the family system and resources in practical and socio-pedagogical aspects • Organizational talent: support in administrative, professional, and organizational tasks • Team spirit: taking over departments and specific tasks • Marte Meo: video-supported counseling method for quality assurance Profile ### • FH/HF degree in social pedagogy/social work • Professional experience in socio-pedagogical inpatient work with parents, children, and infants • Resilient, responsible, independent, and methodical skill • Systemic and solution-oriented key person work
