Your missions • Welcome and advise clients at the workshop reception. • Plan appointments and organize interventions. • Establish repair orders and ensure follow-up of files. • Ensure the link between clients and the workshop. • Manage phone calls, emails, and administrative tasks. • Ensure that a quality customer service is offered. Your profile • Confirmed experience as a Receptionist Service After-Sales (SAV) in a car garage, or experience as a car mechanic with a good knowledge of the operation of a workshop. • Excellent organizational skills and sense of priorities. • Resistant to stress and able to manage several files simultaneously. • Sense of service, relational ease, and excellent communication. • Autonomous, rigorous, and dynamic person. • Mastery of computer tools.
