In this versatile function, you will ensure that our less-than-truckload (LTL) transports are efficiently planned, coordinated and administratively accompanied. You are in daily contact with customers, drivers and partners and contribute significantly to a smooth transport process. Transport Coordinator LTL Logistics (m/ w/ d) 80-100% YOUR TASKS Planning, coordination and monitoring of LTL transports / full loads Optimal deployment planning of vehicles and drivers Receipt, recording and processing of transport orders Monitoring of delivery dates and ensuring high service quality Contact person for customers, drivers and business partners Administrative processing of transport orders and transport documents Support in invoice preparation and general office work Ongoing optimization of transport processes and workflows YOUR PROFILE Experience in the transport, logistics or dispatch industry Organizational talent as well as an independent and structured way of working Resilience and overview even in hectic situations Good geographical knowledge of Switzerland Enjoyment of contact with customers and driving staff Good German language skills in speaking and writing Confident handling of common Office applications Experience as a driver Cat.
