Full-time Assistant Technician (100%)

• 24 July 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Camorino Class and annual salary (including 13th month): 5 63'297.-- / 99'178.-- Tasks: • monitoring the status of technical infrastructures, tracking, analysis and resolution of technical problems encountered • responsible for the management and maintenance of the ticketing system • first-level support to users in the traffic control center and point of contact for external operators • evaluation and implementation of necessary compensatory measures in case of technical anomalies • operator of operating and safety systems in case of events upon instruction from the responsible management • technical-administrative management of access to infrastructures (technical rooms and computer network) • regular maintenance and updating activities of the systems • system management activities, such as data backup and processing of video surveillance images • night work and shift work outside of office hours • in case of necessity, on-call service Requirements: • Federal Certificate of Capacity (AFC) as an IT specialist • excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems • technical knowledge of hardware and computer systems • good knowledge of SCADA-based software applications • experience in cybersecurity (access management, antivirus systems) • experience in managing systems with Active Directory • experience in managing automation systems and plants • knowledge of the systems and plants of road management and tunnels • aptitude for autonomous management, even in emergency cases • good organizational skills and flexibility at work • spirit of initiative and a strong predisposition to working in a team • good knowledge (conversation and writing) of Italian and knowledge (conversation) of German and English • category B driving license • excellent knowledge of the cantonal territory and its institutions Particular observations: • place of work: Camorino • start of service: to be agreed upon • candidates participating in the competition authorize the Office of Electromechanics to process all data necessary to verify the absence of records incompatible with the function, also with other authorities Conditions for submitting the application: • applications must be submitted online.
