Managing Director Managing Director / Head of Grain Collection Point 80-100% (m/w) For our modern and regionally anchored grain collection point, we are looking for an entrepreneurially thinking and technically skilled leader immediately or by agreement Overall management: You will lead and organize the entire grain collection point. Producer support: You are the central contact person for our grain producers and maintain active exchange with our customers. Quality management: You are responsible for the proper acceptance, quality inspection, storage, maintenance and marketing of the grain. Team leadership: You will lead, motivate and promote your core team as well as seasonal harvest helpers. Economy: You will monitor operational processes, optimize them and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. Your profile Education: Completed agricultural or mechanical basic training at least EFZ or training as EFZ. Experience: Several years of professional experience in the agricultural sector and ideally first leadership experience. Technical flair: Good understanding of mechanical processes as well as control of silo and conveyor systems. Personality: Organizationally strong, resilient and willing to make flexible deployments (also on weekends) during the intensive harvest season. Qualifications: Very good German language skills, proficient use of MS Office, driver's license category B.
