In the Operations business unit, we offer you a position as a Main tasks Advising and supporting specialist departments in the preparation of proposals and requirement documentation for the further development of their processes and applications Collection, analysis, and documentation of functional requirements as well as their translation into implementable IT requirements, including moderation of workshops and coordination between specialist departments, service management, and external suppliers Ensuring the economic and high-quality implementation of requirements in cooperation with the application owners and external suppliers Identification of cross-departmental digitalization, automation, and synergy potentials as well as development of sustainable solution approaches Accompanying projects throughout the entire solution lifecycle, from requirement collection through testing and acceptance to introduction and training Participation in strategic digitalization and transformation projects as well as support in the preparation of project initiatives, business cases, and decision templates Support of the Business Analysis cluster in the professionalization of working methods, processes, and tools Profile University or university of applied sciences degree (Bachelor and/or Master) preferably with a business administration and/or technical background or comparable training and further education At least four years of experience in conducting business analyses or requirement collections as well as their translation into technical specifications, preferably in different areas or industries Strong teamwork skills as well as a noticeable interest in processes and digitalization topics Interest in familiarizing yourself with functional topics related to financial market supervision as well as willingness to tackle other topics if necessary High level of comprehension as well as a good sense for the differences and the cooperation between specialist departments and IT Target-group-oriented communication across all levels as well as a winning appearance and the ability to deal appropriately even with difficult situations Experience with agile working methods (SAFe, Scrum) is an advantage Very good German skills (C2) as well as good French and English skills (B1) are an advantage Perspectives We are the right employer for committed employees who seek challenges and want to take on responsibility quickly.
