In this versatile role, you will look after several properties on-site and be the contact person for our customers. Your tasks include: Operation and maintenance of several properties in the technical and infrastructural area. Small repair work on building technical systems and facilities. Coordination and control of external craftsmen during maintenance and renovation work. Preparing offers for our customers. Assisting in the organization and implementation of projects. Support with technical and organizational questions. Contact person for owners, administration, tenants, authorities, neighbors, and internal departments regarding technical questions. Maintenance & care of building and outdoor facilities. Execution of cleaning and environmental work. Ensuring a well-maintained appearance of the property. On-call duty shifts. What defines you. You live service and are committed to quality and reliability with conviction. You bring with you: A completed apprenticeship as a specialist in facility management/caretaker (or similar training/further education). Several years of professional experience in the infrastructural/caretaker field. Technical know-how is mandatory. Knowledge of fire alarm/sprinkler systems as well as building management systems. Independent, structured way of working and sense of responsibility. Strong service mentality as well as organizational talent. Solution-oriented mindset and openness to administrative tasks. Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good IT skills (digital working). Readiness for on-call duty shifts. Valid driver's license Cat. B and residence in the Baden region.
