The assignment is temporarily limited until 31 December 2026. Tasks You process contract mutations (e.g., cancellations, suspensions or contract changes) Professional and customer-oriented processing of emails and written correspondence is no problem for you Assumption of general administrative activities in day-to-day business You answer telephone and written questions from customers in a friendly and correct manner Ensuring careful, timely and qualitatively flawless processing of incoming inquiries Qualifications Completed commercial training, Matura or a comparable qualification Very good German skills in spoken and written form.
