To strengthen our EHSS team (Environment, Health, Safety, Security), we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a Specialist Personnel Security & Prevention 40-60% (m/f/d) Your tasks: You are responsible for our internal security investigations regarding new and existing employees and check security-relevant backgrounds according to internal and legal requirements. In personal conversations, you clarify open points carefully and at eye level, document the results in a traceable manner and create recommendations for the deciding bodies. In doing so, you work together with the Security department in Sweden, HR, the management and the responsible bodies. A second focus of your activity lies in strengthening the security and protection awareness in the company. You design and conduct training on topics such as information protection, personnel security and occupational safety and help develop e-learning modules. With your work, you sensitize employees at all levels to security-relevant topics and thus strengthen their protection and that of our company. In addition, you support the EHSS team in ongoing topics and participate in the continuous further development of our security processes.
