Industrial Mechanics and Assembly Technicians

Mandated by a human-sized company in the Chablais Vaudois region, active in the industrial sector for many years, we are looking for several: Industrial Mechanics and Assembly Technicians (f/m). Your missions and responsibilities include: realization of machine assembly operations according to plans and procedures, work on repair and maintenance of our machines and equipment, self-check using assembly documentation, proposals for improvements to increase assembly quality and our machines, versatility for assembling different types of machines, information and tracking of documents related to production management and quality, prototype assembly, liaison with various departments of operations, WE EXPECT a CFC mechanic, poly-mechanic, automatician, or equivalent training, minimum 5 years of recent experience in mechanical assembly or repair, knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics, knowledge in the electrical and electronic fields is welcome, experience in electrical assembly and/or components of machines is an asset, good reading level of assembly plans, precise and quality work, ability to work in teams and independently, initiative and sense of responsibility, knowledge of an ERP, basic IT knowledge (MS Office), dynamic and good stress management, knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (5S, etc.) is welcome, fluent French (another language is welcome), flexibility in schedules, 2x8 as needed.
