In this versatile function, you will take responsibility together with the Ward Manager for a modern ward with a focus on cardiology and cardiac surgery. YOUR TASKS • Co-responsibility for the leadership, development, and deployment planning of employees in close cooperation with the Ward Manager • Ensuring professional, patient-oriented nursing as well as seamless documentation and information transfer • Active participation in daily nursing duties as well as supporting the team in demanding nursing situations • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with quality standards, guidelines, and nursing processes as well as promoting a high quality of service • Co-responsibility for the economical use of resources and the professional representation of the ward internally and externally <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Completed training as a Dipl.
