Production Quality Engineer

Production Quality Engineer # (m/f/d) Freelance/project employment with a fixed term Bulle, Fribourg Start date: 08/26 Reference number: 884284/1 Missions ### • Analyze and solve quality problems directly in production to ensure process stability and product quality • Conduct root cause analyses (Root Cause Analysis, QRQC) and implement corrective and preventive actions • Participate in daily production and quality meetings to monitor, prioritize, and coordinate improvement actions • Analyze quality indicators (KPI), identify trends, and prepare reports for quality management • Collaborate closely with operators, technicians, engineers, and team leaders on site Profile ### • Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent technical training • Experience in industrial quality, ideally in the automotive, industrial machinery, aerospace, or manufacturing sectors • Mastery of quality tools and methods such as APQP, MSA, SPC, Control Plan, Six Sigma, and problem-solving • Experience in a production environment and ability to read and interpret technical plans • French level C1 minimum, with excellent communication skills and strong autonomy Benefits ### • Stimulating mission within an international industrial group evolving in a modern production environment • Key role with a direct impact on quality and production performance improvement • Varied and field-based activity, with daily presence at the heart of operations • Collaboration with experienced quality, production, and engineering teams
