You understand the business, question assumptions, create transparency, and support informed decisions - fact-based, solution-oriented, and at eye level. Controller (W/M/D) WHAT YOU DO Strategic and operational business partner role for management and departments Analysis and interpretation of financial and performance indicators for active company control Building and maintaining a meaningful management reporting system with a clear focus on decision relevance Supporting departments on business management issues, investment decisions, business cases, and economic analyses Further development of budget, forecast, and multi-year planning processes as well as controlling instruments and processes in the SAP S/4HANA and BI environment Compilation and preparation of group-wide transfer pricing documentation WHAT YOU BRING You have a business administration degree and bring several years of experience in controlling, business partnering, or a comparable finance function You understand controlling not as a pure reporting function, but as an active contribution to company control You possess a pronounced analytical mind and can prepare complex facts in a structured, understandable, and decision-oriented manner You are familiar with ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA, as well as Excel and BI tools You communicate clearly, bindingly, and in a manner appropriate to the target group - also towards executives and non-financial stakeholders WHO WE ARE We at BISON don't want to become your new family.
