Tasks • Creation and development of technical drawings and utilization concepts for pneumatic and crawler cranes as well as lifting and moving techniques • Planning of complex lifts and assemblies for national and international projects • Development of creative and technically sound solutions for demanding construction sites and usage situations • Close collaboration with project managers, planners and deployment teams • Technical support during project preparation and implementation • Verification of feasibility as well as optimization of existing concepts and processes Profile • Training as a building draftsman, technical draftsman or designer or equivalent technical qualification • Proven professional experience as a draftsman/designer in the fields of metal construction, building, mechanics or similar technical fields • Mastery of CAD systems, preferably AutoCAD • Good spatial visualization and in-depth technical understanding • Passion for cranes and heavy lifting technology • Creative spirit and pleasure in developing solutions for exceptional challenges • Autonomous and structured work • Very good knowledge of German spoken and written, English is an advantage • Team spirit and willingness to take on responsibilities We offer • Individual workplace with AutoCAD and industry-specific planning software • Exciting and exceptional projects in the field of cranes and heavy lifting technology • An environment where ideas are welcome and personal initiative is appreciated • The opportunity to actively participate in the development of innovative lifting and assembly concepts • Flat hierarchies and fast decision-making • Modern working tools and development opportunities • A team of technology enthusiasts who enjoy challenges
