We have the ideal opportunity for you! To complete our pool of substitutes, we are actively seeking qualified caregivers to take on occasional missions. These missions, which can vary from a few hours to several days or weeks depending on your availability, can be assigned to you across all care units of the CRR, offering you a diversity of experiences. As a substitute, you can be contacted several days or even weeks in advance, as well as at the last minute; you will always have the freedom to accept or decline the proposed missions. The care service, divided into four distinct units, offers tailored care services to each patient. Caregivers have the primary goal of mobilizing the patient's resources to achieve or maintain a high level of functional independence and to promote their participation in daily activities. They also provide substitute care to temporarily compensate for altered functions and specialized technical care tailored to each medical discipline (musculoskeletal, neurological, and rehabilitation in case of paraplegia).
