You standardize end-to-end processes in production planning, connect departments and IT, and accompany international projects from conception to successful implementation. Business Process Owner Production Planning | 80 - 100% # Ref-Nr. 7973 Location: Solothurn | Hybrid Your main tasks ### • Responsible for global end-to-end SCM processes across departments, systems and countries, as well as defining process standards, local degrees of freedom, governance structures and process KPIs • Optimizing, standardizing and continuously further developing processes along the global supply chain • Collecting and documenting business requirements, translating into functional specifications, prioritizing and releasing changes • Responsible for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Leading or sub-project management of supply chain projects from initiation to go-live, including responsibility for scope, budget and timeline • Accompanying a structured operational handover, including process documentation, training materials, training and hypercare • Acting as a central interface between departments, IT and external partners, as well as establishing and further developing a global key user network Your profile ### • Completed education at HF level in business processes, supply chain or a comparable qualification • At least 5 years of professional experience in supply chain and production planning across multiple production stages, ideally in the MedTech industry • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA PP (mandatory); knowledge of MM, WM/EWM or SD is an advantage • Safe handling of requirement collection, process design, change release and user acceptance testing (UAT) as well as understanding of the role of a Business Process Owner • Pronounced understanding of global end-to-end processes as well as the ability to establish and implement standards and to move safely in complex stakeholder dynamics • Very good German and English language skills in word and writing (each C1)
