Collaborate with technical experts for complex or non-standard cases, ensure the technical viability of requests and propose continuous improvement areas. Develop appropriate procurement strategies following an in-depth analysis; prepare complex tenders via the eSourcing platform. Draft and negotiate contracts in compliance with internal rules and procedures. Respond to requests for clarification during the consultation phase. Participate in related tasks, including the migration of the document management system. Required skills and qualifications: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field of public procurement Proficiency in office tools (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Proven experience in the procurement of goods and services. Knowledge of ERP systems Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving, negotiation and contractual management skills. Developed analytical mind. Strong sense of customer service and proactive approach in seeking solutions.
