We offer a fair salary, which ranges from CHF 57’700 to CHF 67’700 per year (100%-workload) depending on experience and skills. We also welcome applications from talents with different competencies, in which case your salary may be slightly below or above the range. Vacation We send you on 6 weeks of vacation. Collective Labor Agreement The collective labor agreement protects, strengthens, and creates clear rules - for fair employment and working conditions. Vouchers We give you up to CHF 500 in personal credit, which you can use for all products in the PostShop (including gift cards) as well as products from SBB and Reka. This is what you can achieve. • Early in the morning (around 06.00), you load the delivery vehicles together with your team and prepare your delivery tour. • Through your work, you shape the street scene of Schmerikon and Uznach and embody the values of reliability and quality. • You are responsible for the timely and flawless delivery of packages and letters in your area. • On your tour, you answer questions from our customers and contribute to customer satisfaction. • You work regularly on Saturdays, with services divided among the team. This is what you bring. • With your physical fitness, you can easily load and lift packages up to 30 kg. • You enjoy being on the road, possess a category B driver's license and ideally A1 (motorcycle up to 125cm) or are willing to obtain it before starting work. • You appreciate team work but also enjoy being independent on the road and feel comfortable with large vehicles in traffic. • You are reliable and work efficiently. • Good spoken German skills and a skilled handling of digital devices round out your profile.
