Project Manager Real Estate Development (m/w/d)

Identification, analysis and development of project potentials – from the first idea to acquisition and conception to realization Active participation in early project phases (in particular feasibility analyses and due diligence) as well as creation of well-founded decision bases for investments Overall responsibility for costs, deadlines and quality over the entire project duration Development and implementation of demanding real estate projects as well as area and district developments Leadership, control and coordination of all project participants (planners, authorities, executing companies) as well as target group-specific coordination with investors and committees Organization and control of tenders, awards and contractual bases Proactive risk management and reporting including early identification, evaluation and solution of challenges Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as acquisition, asset management, marketing and other departments Ensuring a successful transfer of projects to marketing, operation and sustainable use Successfully completed degree in the field of architecture, civil engineering, real estate economics or a comparable qualification Well-founded and provable experience in real estate project development Several years of experience in the development and realization of demanding real estate projects over several project phases - ideally in the role of construction client or as overall project manager Experience in controlling large and multiple parallel projects and well-founded knowledge in project management Very good knowledge of planning and construction law as well as relevant SIA standards Stylistically confident German and good English skills Distinct hands-on mentality, high implementation strength and perseverance in project realization Entrepreneurial thinking, sense of responsibility and passion for real estate projects as well as pragmatic solution orientation Dynamically growing company with flat hierarchies A variety of design options Committed and motivated team Attractive remuneration package Further education and development opportunities Flexible design of working hours Modern offices in central location We look forward to your application!
