As part of the creation of a new position, we are looking for a motivated and competent person as Senior Fund Accounting, Reporting & Controlling Officer. Senior Fund Accounting, Reporting & Controlling Officer - Zürich What awaits you? Bookkeeping of the managed real estate funds; Calculation, control and publication of the net asset values (NAV); Preparation of annual and semi-annual financial statements (incl. preparation of the schedule, determination of milestones, coordination with all parties involved in the process); Collaboration in the control of real estate transactions; Coordination with internal and external partners (fund managers, custodian bank, valuation experts); Real estate valuations: coordination with the valuation experts and the fund managers as well as responsible for the internal control of the valuations; Accompanying regulatory audits; Diverse administrative tasks, such as payments within the managed real estate funds, calculation of quarterly commissions, SNB reporting, etc. What do you bring with you? Federal diploma as a fiduciary/specialist for finance and accounting or a Bachelor's degree from HES-SO recognized as equivalent; At least 5 years of experience in fund accounting or controlling; Knowledge in the field of real estate funds and/or proven experience in the auditing of real estate funds; Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel); Very good German skills (C1) in speaking and writing as well as very good English skills. French is an advantage; Analytical thinking skills, independence and initiative, ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team; Convincing appearance as well as excellent communication skills.
