To support our various missions, we are looking to add the skills and enthusiasm of a: maintenance (M/F) 100% Your mission: Attached to the infrastructure management, you ensure the proper functioning, maintenance, technical safety and compliance of buildings, installations and equipment. You coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance as well as the interventions of internal and external service providers, ensuring they contribute to the well-being and quality of life of the people we welcome. Your main responsibilities: Ensure the general organization and proper functioning of the maintenance service. Plan and monitor the daily activity of a team of 6 building professionals, controlling the progress of work according to defined priorities. Guarantee the technical safety of buildings and respond promptly to fire and technical alarms. Monitor energy consumption and establish readings. Manage supplies, calls for tenders and supplier contacts. Coordinate key management and access badges. Provide basic training (fire alarms, welcome day, etc.). Collaborate with various internal services (green spaces, stewardship, IT, etc.). Your profile: CFC-level training in the technical field (building, maintenance) and significant experience in team management. Ability to organize, prioritize and delegate team work. Leadership and ability to unite, motivate and develop the service team. Good knowledge of building supervision and domotics systems (Sauter, Equans, KNX), telephone exchange and alarm management (ASCOM), as well as access control (KABA-EXOS).
