Procurement / Dispatch (w/m/d) 100 % For our location in Küssnacht am Rigi, we are looking for an: Procurement / Dispatch (w/m/d) 100 % PFISTERER is a worldwide leading specialist for connection and junction technology in electrical energy networks. We have over 1200 highly motivated colleagues at several locations around the globe. With around 130 employees, PFISTERER Switzerland AG develops and produces components and systems for overhead line and cable networks of low, medium and high voltage. We ensure that energy flows – always and everywhere. Your area of responsibility Project procurement for the Küssnacht and Kadan plants, adhering to the specified technical and commercial guidelines Monitoring and controlling the entire ordering process – from the notification of requirements to delivery Coordinating delivery dates and ensuring material availability Creating and maintaining framework contracts Checking and confirming order confirmations and delivery conditions Coordinating production, suppliers, and internal departments for optimal scheduling Monitoring supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, and punctuality Planning and dispatching transports, including shipping and transport notification Close collaboration with production, logistics, and quality management Your qualifications Commercial or technical basic training, ideally combined with further training in procurement Initial professional experience with international suppliers and procurement of technical components Proficient in SAP (knowledge of SupplyOn is an advantage) Very good German language skills and good English language skills Flexible, open, and curious, with a high willingness to perform and enjoy finding solutions Independent and reliable working method Service-oriented, assertive, and team-capable personality
