At Mechtop AG, as Logistics Manager, you will take on this hub function and, through your MECHANICAL KNOWLEDGE, will be responsible for smooth internal and external logistics and inventory. You will be in close exchange with other departments and ensure open and transparent communication. Team Leader Logistics (Machinery Industry) Your tasks with us 80% active participation in daily operational business in the logistics team 20% management/leadership tasks Ensuring smooth processes and continuous optimization of processes (Lean) Responsibility for the warehouse and operating resources Responsible for the company vehicles Responsible for order and maintenance in and around the facility Ensuring rolling inventory Monitor incoming goods Organizing and coordinating transports (internal/external) Close exchange with other departments Maintenance of logistics master data Leading the logistics team (2-3 employees), personnel planning (20%) Participation in project and team leader meetings Requirements Experience in the machinery industry is an advantage Mechanical knowledge required Training as a Logistiker EFZ Experience as a team leader (leading a small team) Experience with ERP (e.g., SAP Business One) Quick comprehension and a strong awareness of costs Responsible, reliable, team player and flexible Independent and autonomous way of working Open, motivated and resilient personality German very good in spoken and written form Basic knowledge in Lean Management Good MS-Office knowledge jpid92e3c2ejm jit0730jm jiy26jm
