Berne (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Strategic positioning and participation in the development of Switzerland's relations with important partner states in the financial and tax fields • Maintaining the office's relations with the private sector as well as with Swiss and foreign partner authorities • Development and implementation of strategies aimed at making Switzerland an attractive financial and tax center • Development of decision-making and planning bases as well as briefing documents for the management of the department and the office • Participation in the management of inter-institutional transversal themes, including market access, competitiveness, and regulatory projects <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University degree, ideally in law • First professional experience in functions closely related to the financial and tax field, foreign financial policy, or international tax issues • Deep knowledge of the strategic issues of the financial sector, including the regulatory framework, and Swiss tax policy • Taste for conceptual and analytical work as well as for strategic thinking on financial market policy, including the regulatory framework • Great ability to identify complex issues, to develop innovative approaches, and to elaborate strategic action recommendations • Very good command of two official languages and English, as well as passive knowledge of the third official language • Interest in flexible working methods and mastery of the digital working environment <br /> In a few words Do you master Swiss financial market law and enjoy strategic issues as well as design work?
