Missions: Management of new construction projects in EG, ET MO relationship, progress monitoring, financial monitoring. Management and supervision of site management teams TCE. Coordination of support teams and subcontractors. You bring: Solid experience in managing new construction projects (>100mios). Leadership (providing a vision, a direction). Management (organizing work, knowing how to delegate and developing the team's skills). A professional network specific to the canton. Management (setting up and applying processes, documentary quality, traceability). Ease with IT tools (notably Excel). Relational (clients, companies, colleagues, management). Basic reflexes in construction (amendment sheets, clear feedback to clients, company contracts). Flexibility, ability to synthesize, delegate and prioritize tasks.
